Südvorstadt good location apartment suitable for 2 or WG for Nachmieter

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Südvorstadt, Dresden, in unmittelbarer Nähe der Straßenbahnlinie 8 (3 Gehminuten), der Buslinie 62 und nur 12 Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Ab Mitte Juli oder Ende Juli können Sie einziehen, da ich ab der zweiten Juliwoche wegziehen werde. Die Wohnung selbst eignet sich sehr gut für Berufstätige oder Studenten. Für Familien ist es auch geeignet.

Die Zimmer sehen ziemlich neu aus, da wir im März 2018 einen professionellen Maler eingestellt haben, der alle Wände einschließlich der Toilette und der Küche neu streicht. Ich möchte Ihnen einige Möbel kostenlos zur Verfügung stellen, z. B. Bett- und Küchenutensilien (falls erforderlich), damit Sie diese nicht gegen Aufpreis kaufen müssen.

Die Miete beträgt insgesamt rund 516 Euro (inklusive Nebenkost und Heizkosten). Die Kaution beträgt ca. 1154 Euro.

Wir haben auch ein neues Brett auf den Boden gelegt, und Sie müssen es mit sehr geringen Kosten übernehmen. Wenn Sie andere Möbel benötigen, können wir auch darüber sprechen, wenn Sie die Wohnung mögen. Das Badezimmer selbst ist in Ordnung, nur im alten Stil. Wenn Sie ein neues Badezimmer benötigen, muss die Hausfirma 50 Euro pro Monat erhöhen, um ein brandneues Badezimmer zu bauen, und sie erledigt alle Arbeiten für Sie

The apartment is in the Südvorstadt, Dresden, very close to the tram 8 (3 minutes by walk), bus 62, and only 12 minutes by walk to the center railroad station. From the middle of July or the end of July you can move in since I will move away from the second week of July. The apartment itself is very suitable for working people or students. For family it is also suitable.

The rooms are pretty very new looking as we hired a professional painter to re-pain all the walls including the toilet and kitchen in 2018 March. I would like to give you some furniture for free such as bed and some kitchen ware (if you need them) so you do not need to buy them with extra cost.

The rent is in total around 516 Euros (including the Nebenkost and the heater fees). The Kaution is around 1154 Euros.

We also made a new board on the floor and this we need you to take it over with a very small amount of cost. If you need other furniture, we can also talk about them if you like the apartment. The bathroom itself is fine just old style. If you need a new bathroom, the house company needs to increase 50 Euros per month to make a brand-new bathroom and they will do all the jobs for you
