Es liegt in der Nähe eines Einkaufszentrums (5 Minuten zu Fuß) und bietet eine bequeme Verkehrsanbindung zur Universität oder MPI, z. etwa 15 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn. Wenn Sie zu einem Vaterplatz gehen möchten, ist der Hauptbahnhof ebenfalls in der Nähe (8 Minuten zu Fuß).

The apartment is in a very good position. It is close to shopping center (5 minutes on foot) and has convenient transportation to university or MPI, e.g. around 15 minutes on tram. If you want to go to a father place, the main train station is also nearby (8 minutes on foot).
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer, zwei Balkone und ein Wohnzimmer und ist somit für eine Einzelperson oder ein Paar geeignet. Das Gebäude ist mit einem Keller, einem Fahrradkeller und 2 großen Aufzug(bequem zum Umziehen) ausgestattet. Außerdem sind Haustiere erlaubt. Was noch besser ist, es hat auch einen Concierge-Service im Gebäude. Sie haben keine Sorgen, dass Ihr Paket an eine weit entfernte Station geschickt wird, wenn Sie nicht zu Hause sind.
