Hello!
We are leaving Dresden and renting our apartment from the beginning/middle of November.
The apartment is 70m2, three bedrooms, kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge and freezer and kitchen furniture, bathroom, wide corridors and balcony. It also includes a cellar in the basement and a room to leave the bikes. It is a 4 floor without elevator.
The apartment is SUPER central. 5 minutes from Postplatz in a very quiet area full of parks. The street is Liliengasse, 01067.
The rent right now with gas included is €720 but I suppose the real estate company will raise it a bit, although I'm not sure about that yet.
I take most of the furniture with me but I want to sell some to the new tenants for a price of 800€ (list of things can be requested by dm)
