da mein Studium nun nach 3 Jahren in Dresden endet, möchte ich meine 2-Raumwohnung aufgeben. Ich zieh Ende August nach Leipzig um. Somit würde euch die Wohnung ab Anfang September zur Verfügung stehen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in guter zentraler Lage zur TU und zur Innenstadt. Ihr wohnt unmittelbar an der Straßenbahnhalte der Linie 11 (direkter Weg in die Neustadt, Hbf) und Buslinie 89.
Auch als WG ist die Wohnung bestens geeignet. Ich habe mir die Wohnung über mehrere Monate mit jemanden geteilt.
Da wir das komplette Inventar nicht gebrauchen bzw. mitnehmen können (zwecks 2. Haushalts) bekommt ihr die ganze Wohnung mit Inhalt:
