Suche einen Nachmieter für meine schöne Wohnung in Löbtau.Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, 5 min zur TU hinter dem Nürnberger Ei. Ideal für Studenten.
Bedingung ist die Übernahme von Teilen der Einrichtung: der neuen Simens Einbauküche mit Kühlschrank, der Waschmaschiene, (1 jahr alt), und dem Sofa von Ikea.
Einen großen Schreibtisch gibts gratis dazu.
Alles ist schön neu renoviert und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Vom großen Balkon hat man einen guten Blick auf Bäume und einen Spielplatz, direkt hinter dem Haus. Die Nachbarn sind nett und ruhig , man hört keinen Straßenlerm .
