Hi,
Due to unfortunate circumstances, I have to vacate my very nice flat ASAP. Actually it is a 1,5 room ~44sqm flat, 3rd floor with elevator, recently renovated with a very big balcony and Keller as you can see in the video and costs 685 euros warm (Kaution: 3 kaltmiete).
Free to rent from 15. December
Located in Pempelfort, very close to Aldi/Edeka and 2 mins from the Tramstop Marienhospital, you can get to the city center in about 13mins. Ubahn Nordstrasse is 6 mins away on foot, Tramstops 701 and 705 Venloer Str is 4 mins away also on foot. The Altstadt can also be accessed in 15mins on foot
Attention: Since I moved in and haven't really touched anything in the flat, I did buy some furniture like wall hangers and curtain blinds, which I couldn't even fit yet. I also have bought a brand new kitchen (unopened and still in the shipping cartons, with OVEN and SINK, NO DISHWASHER or FRIDGE), a used bed, and some little accompanying furniture (balcony chairs & racks, wall racks, etc) which the next tenant MUST take over. Do not be scared though, I wouldn't charge you 2000 euros + or so for these furniture as is usually the case with a lot of people who make money from selling stuff that come with their apartment. I would receive just 800 euros for this, which is me taking a loss on the cost of all furniture. If you are interested, please send me a PM. Sunday evening (01.12) would be visiting appointment with. Documents required for the appointment would be sent to you via PM, but they are the usual documents: SCHUFA (request now) , three months recent pay slips are prerequisites.
The landlord would also prefer to rent the flat to Singles.
