Ich suche eine*n Nachmieter*in für meine 2-Zimmer Wohnung mit Balkon in Duisburg Neudorf.
Die Wohnung liegt in der dritten Etage eines vier Parteien Hauses.

Sie besteht aus einem Flur, mit kleiner Abstellkammer, einer Küche - die neben der Küchenzeile auch Platz für einen kleinen Tisch bietet, dem großen und hellen Wohnzimmer - mit Zugang zum Balkon, einem hell-gefliestem Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschinen Anschluss und einem großen und hellen Schlafzimmer.
Das Bad wurde 2019 neu saniert.

Außerdem gibt es einen Kellerraum zur Wohnung.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Penny, Aldi und Bio-Laden) sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Uni ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt und es gibt viele Kneipen und Cafés ganz in der Nähe.
Spaziergänge im Duisburger Stadtwald oder am Kasierberg bieten gute Erholung.
Mit der U-Bahn ist man schnell am Hauptbahnhof und in die Innenstadt läuft man ca. 15 Minuten.

Die schöne weiße Küche aus dem Jahr 2019, mit Herd (Privileg), Backofen (Privileg) und Kühlschrank kann auf Wunsch gerne übernommen werden (VB).

Ein Fahrrad kann man bequem im Hof unter einem Dach abstellen.
