The apartment is a semi-basement apartment with big windows facing the south and east, so it is quite bright during the day. The apartment is fully furnished and was renovated in 2013. All furniture are very new.
The following equipment is included (as seen on the pictures):
- Kitchen: Modern electronic stove with glass surface, touch sensor and a timer, fridge, 3 cabinets and a sink
- Bathroom: Mirror cabinet, sink, shower and a washing machine
- Hallway: Shoe closet, a big wardrobe and hooks for jackets/coats
- Bedroom: Big bed (160*200cm) with mattress, a big wardrobe (160x190cm), a dresser and a mirror
- Living room: sofa, tea table, arm chair, dining table with 2 chairs, a big carpet and a light-weighted wall closet (for TV, books, etc.) and 2 low closets.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft auf dem Frankfurter Berg. Fußläufig erreichbar sind Busse (ca. 2min), die nach Preungesheim oder Eschersheim fahren und die S-Bahn Haltestelle “Frankfurter Berg” (ca. 10min).
In der Nähe befinden sich auch ein großer REWE Markt und ein Netto (ca. 5min), sowie ein Aldi und ein Lidl (ca. 15mins).

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood on the Frankfurter Berg. A bus stop is 2 mins away by food with connections to U Bahn stations Preungesheim and Eschersheim. The S-Bahn station Frankfurter Berg in about 10 mins away by walk.
There are also a big REWE market and a Netto (ca. 5mins) close by, as well as Aldi and Lidl (ca. 15mins). 3 restaurants and 2 bakeries are also within 8 mins walk.

Ich habe gern in dieser Wohnung gewohnt, muss mich jedoch aus persönlichen Gründen aus Frankfurt fortziehen. Der Vermieter legt Wert darauf, dass Sie nachweisen können, dass Sie genug Einkommen haben zu bezahlen. Ein (Gehalts-)nachweis von mind. 1500€ Netto erhöht Ihre Chancen als geeigneter Mieter angenommen zu warden.
Strom wird seperat vom Vermieter abgerechnet und richtet sich nach Verbrauch. Ich zahle derzeit ca. 25€ im Monat.

I enjoy living in this apartment, but for personal reasons I am moving out of Frankfurt. The landlord will request a proof of income of the tenant. A monthly gross income of 1500+ Euro will enlarge your chance of getting the apartment.
The electricity costs are charged seperatly from the landlord. I am currently paying about 25€ monthly.
