The apartment is situated in Bockenheim, in a very peaceful neighbourhood in walking distance of both Nida Park and Gruneburg Park. A Penny Supermarket is situated just opposite of the apartment. In addition, bus line 34 is a 3 minute walk away, tram line 16 a 5 minute walk away and metro line 6 and 7 a 10 minute walk away. By car, you are very close to the A 66 and Miquelallee, and there are a lot of parking spaces nearby. It is also walking distance from Leipziger Strasse, the main commercial street of Bockenheim. With the metro, you are only 10 minutes away from Frankfurt city center.

Außerdem ist die Buslinie 34 in 3 Gehminuten, die Straßenbahnlinie 16 in 5 Gehminuten und die Metrolinie 6 und 7 in 10 Gehminuten erreichbar. Mit dem Auto erreichen Sie die A 66 und die Miquelallee in unmittelbarer Nähe, und es gibt viele Parkplätze in der Nähe. The apartment will be free on 1st October 2018, but you might be able to move in a couple weeks before depending on my moving arrangements. For the property management, you will need to prove a fixed income.
