Da ich für mindestens 3 Monate ab März nicht in FFM bin, suche ich eine*n zuverlässigen Zwischenmieter*in für meine schöne, ruhige Wohnung. Es besteht ggf. die Aussicht auf dauerhafte Übernahme.
Die möblierte Altbauwohnung (4. Stock, kein Aufzug) ist saniert und wurde von mir erst im Juni 2020 liebevoll eingerichtet.

Die Wohnung hat einen geräumigen Flur, von dem man in das helle Wohn-/Esszimmer, sowie in die Küche (mit Gasherd, Spül- und Waschmaschine und ins Bad kommt (mit Badewanne, Fenster und neuer Glasduschwand).

Die Kosten beinhalten Strom, Gas, Internet und Benutzung aller Möbel bzw. Einrichtung.

Die Wohnung ist 6 min fußläufig vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt und somit angebunden an alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in Frankfurt. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich in 2 min fußläufig von der Wohnung, ebenso wie zwei Kioske (Hermes Paketshop) und ein italienisches Restaurant. Dies befindet sich direkt am Mainufer, das in 3 min zu erreichen ist.
