The apartment is in the fifth floor and is oriented towards south west, which means that you can enjoy the sun on the big balcony from the morning to the evening. Also the kitchen/living room as well as the sleeping room is flooded with light. There are roll-ups at every window.
The rent can start the 01.12.2016 and should go to the 30.07.2016. The end of the rent can be negotiated and can be at a later date.
The renter has a working contract, proof of income of the last 3 months, and a confidential information on the personal credit rating.

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen sowohl zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr (Südbahnhof) als auch zu unzähligen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: LIDL und HIT sind z.B. um die Ecke, die Schweizer Strasse mit vielen Geschäften ist in Gehweite.
Auch ist es nicht weit bis zu den traditionellen Apfelweinwirtschaften und zum Alt-Sachenhäuser Kneipenviertel.
Die Bushaltestelle zm Flughafen ist 200m von der Wohnung (Fahrzeit ~20 min)
The apartment is quite central with short distances to the Südbahnhof (U-Bahn, S-Bahn, Tram) and to many stores: Schweizer Straße with lots of Shops, LIDL, HIT….
It is also quite close to the traditional Apfelwein Bar and to the Bar Area of Sachsenhausen.
The bus stop to the airport is around 20m from the apartment (driving time ~20 min)
