i am looking for someone who would like to rent this cosy 2-room apartment in Sachsenhausen from 01.02.18. There are 2 rooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a corridor. The bedroom has a huge bed, a big wardrobe, a table and 2 nice red deckchairs. The living room is furnished with a big sofa, a small table, a clothes drying rack, a showcase and an ironing board. In the kitchen you may find a fridge, a gas stove, cupboards, a breakfast table and a washing machine.

gesucht wird ein Nachmieter ab dem 01.02.2018. Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Zimmern, einem Badezimmer, einem Flur und einer Küche. Ausgestattet ist das Schlafzimmer mit einem großen Bett, einem großen Kleiderschrank, einem Schreibtisch, zwei Ikealiegestühlen, einem Nachttisch und mit einem weiteren kleinen Tisch.
Im Wohnzimmer steht eine Vitrine, ein großes Sofa, ein kleiner Tisch sowie ein Wäscheständer und ein Bügelbrett. Im Bad gibt es neben Dusche, Waschbecken und Toilette auch zwei Regale. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit einem Kühlschrank + Tiefkühltruhe, Schränken, einem Frühstückstisch, der Spüle und auch die Waschmaschine befindet sich hier.
FÜR DIE WOHNUNGSEINRICHTUNG WIRD EINE ABLÖSEZAHLUNG VON €1100 FÄLLIG.
The apartment is perfectly situated: S-bahn, U-bahn, trams and buses are within 5 minutes. Various supermarkts (ALDI, LIDL, REWE, Alnatura), bakeries, restaurants, cleaning service and anything else one might need on a daily basis. Within 15 Minutes you can walk to the Main river.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Lokalbahnhof und hat damit eine perfekte Lage. In weniger als 5 Minuten ist man bei der nächsten S-Bahnstation, Straßenbahn- und Bushaltestelle. In direkter Umgebung gibt es ebenfalls mehrere Supermärkte (Aldi, Lidl, REWE, türkischer Supermarkt, Alnatura Biomarkt), Bäckereien, Apotheken, DM, Restaurants, Waschsalons... alles, was im Alltag gebraucht wird. Zum Main sind es auch nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß.
