Voll möblierte 2-Zimmer-Wohnung (44m2) in der Nähe der Bushaltestelle Tulpenweg zu vermieten. Es kommt auch mit einem Kellerraum. Ich verkaufe alle Möbel, die jetzt in der Wohnung sind. Dazu gehören: Bett mit Matratze (140x200), Regale, 3x Tische, ein Sofa, ein Schlafsofa (lässt sich in ein 200x200 Bett verwandeln), Schubladen, 3x Kleiderschränke, 4x Hocker, einige Stühle, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Metallregal, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Küchenschränke, Herd, Waschmaschine und viele andere Dinge. Alles zusammen 650 Euro.

Die Kaltmiete beträgt 410 Euro. Die Warmmiete ist variabel, beträgt aber insgesamt etwa 140 Euro, einschließlich Strom, Heizung und WLAN-Internetanschluss. Diese Nebenkosten müssen Sie selbst tragen (ich habe check24.de genutzt, um die günstigsten Angebote zu finden). Insgesamt kostet die Wohnung also etwa 530-550 Euro. Wenn Sie die Wohnung mit einer anderen Person teilen, kostet sie 265-275 Euro/Monat, wobei alles inbegriffen ist.

Die Wohnung ist ideal für 1-2 Personen. Sie ist schön gelegen in einem Viertel voller Natur und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Mit dem Fahrrad sind Sie in 5-10 Minuten in der Stadt/im Zentrum.

The apartment is ideal for 1-2 person. It is nicely located in a neighbourhood full of nature and also shopping possibilities. With a bike, it takes just 5-10 minutes to reach the city/central campus.

Please send me a text about yourself, what do you do, a little bit about your income, how many person will move, how long are you planning to stay etc. Priorities will be given to the person who would take over the furnitures and will move from 01.02.2022 and stay long term.
