Die Wohnung ist wirklich traumhaft - und mir fällt es sehr schwer, sie abzugeben.
Die Wohnung hat zwei sehr helle Räume: das Wohnzimmer mit Balkon und Einbauküche und das ca. 14m2 große Schlafzimmer. Die ganze Wohnung hat wunderschönes Parkett.
Auch das Bad mit Dusche ist neu renoviert. Der kleine Flur führt in den Innenhof, wo es quasi einen "zweiten Balkon" mit Abendsonne und Brunnen gibt.
Die 55m2 große Wohnung liegt am Kolbeplatz, also ganz zentral in Gütersloh. Innerhalb von 4 Minuten läuft man zum HBF und Busbahnhof. Wegen der Innenstadtlage sind Bars, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, ALDI, H&M, Marco Polo, etc.) in Laufweite. Sonntags hat außerdem die "Schenke" im Bahnhof geöffnet, die täglich bis 21 Uhr frische Brötchen und auch die ein oder andere Dosensuppe bietet. ;)
Wie üblich, sollte das Einkommen ungefähr 3x so hoch wie die Nettokaltmiete liegen. Gehaltsnachweise und Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigungen sollten ebenso wie eine Schufa (request now) -Bescheinigung bei Interesse vorliegen.
