- Wohnküche

- kleines (!) Bad
- Nachtspeicherheizung
Aktuelle Miete: ca. EUR 680 + Strom (Kaution 3 MM, keine Courtage)
Bei Nachtspeicherheizungen sind die Stromkosten höher als gewöhnlich. Warmmiete ca. EUR 780.
Die Wohnung ist leider NICHT WG-geeignet.
In direkter Nähe zur U-Bahn-Haltestelle Osterstraße. Ruhige Lage, gepflegtes Haus.
