Da wir aus Hamburg umziehen, wollen wir unsere 2-Zimmer voll möbliert Wohnung für anfängliche Laufzeit von 6 Monaten untervermieten. Es ist eine 58 qm Wohnung die sich in der ersten Etage befindet. Das Gebäude ist mit Aufzug ausgerüstet, aber ist meistens nicht benötigt.
Die Wohnung hat eine schöne Liegewiese mit Blick auf ein großes Wohnzimmer. Durch das Wohnzimmerfenster gibt es einen schönen Blick ins Grüne. Im Wohnzimmer, gibt es einen großen Schlafsofa, Couchtisch, TV tisch, Esstisch und Stühle.
Es gib einen großen Balkon mit Blick auf den Garten. Im Sommer bietet ein hübscher Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer.
Unser Schlafzimmer ist ziemlich Luxus mit neu gekauftem Bett und kliederschrank mit einem dunkelbraunen Thema das Man einen gemütlichen und erholsamen Schlaf anbietet. Es gibt genügend Stauraum im Schrank und Regale.
Das Badezimmer ist klein mit einer neuen Waschmaschine vor kurzem eingebaut.
Die Küche ist ein EBK mit Kühlschrank eingebauten und mehrere Regale für die Lagerung.
Die Wohnung wurde kürzlich renoviert und der Fußboden ist Komplet neu.
Die Miete ist inklusive Wasser und Strom. Internetverbindung muss selbst bestellt werden. (O2 ist möglich).

As we are moving out of Hamburg, we want to sub-lease our 2 room fully furnished apartment for initial duration of 6 months. It is located in I floor. There is also a lift but mostly not needed.
The apartment has a beautiful lawn facing big hall. You could see always green outside the big windows in the hall. In the hall there is a big sleeping sofa, couch table, TV table, dinning table and chairs.
The balcony is a big one and you can feel the breeze of fresh air and get the view facing the lawn. There is a very good view during summer.
Our bedroom is quite luxury with newly bought bed and kliederschrank with a dark brown theme gives you a comfortable and relaxing sleep. There are enough storage space in the schrank and racks.
The bathroom is a tiny one with a new washing machine fitted recently.
The kitchen is an EBK with refrigerator inbuilt and several racks for storage.
The apartment is renovated recently and the flooring is all new.
The rent is inclusive of water and electricity. Internet connection has to be taken separately (O2 is possible).
Kaufland, Rossmann kann zu Fuß (4 Minuten) im Inneren des Lurup Zentrum leicht zugänglich sein.
Es ist auch eine in der Apotheke Lurup Center.
Bauhaus, Lidl, Aldi und Real ist in 700 meters.or mit dem Bus Nummer 186 in 2 Haltestellen erreichbar sein.
Es gibt häufige Busse 186, 2,3, 22 aus Eckhoffplatz in die Innenstadt.
S-Bahn-Station Elbgaustrasse kann mit dem Bus Nummer 186 alle 10 Minuten erreicht werden. Hbf kann über S21, S3 von Elbgaustrasse erreichbar.

Kaufland, Rossmann can be easily accessible by walk (4 mins) inside the Lurup Center.
There is also an Apotheke inside the Lurup Center. Behind the lurup center is doctor center.

There are frequent buses 186, 2 from Eckhoffplatz to the city center. S bahn Elbgaustrasse station can be reached by bus no 186 every 10 minutes. Central station can be reached via S21, S3 from Elbgaustrasse.

Die Wohnung ist ideal für Paare oder für 2 Personen. Wir werden von vielen Familien und für sicher, dass kein Party zulässig und laute Geräusche umgeben.
Die Miete von €825 ist wenn eine Person wird zu bleiben. Für 2 Personen, wäre die Miete €875 sein.

The apartment is ideal for couple or for 2 people. We are surrounded by many families and for sure no partying allowed and making loud noises.
The rent of €825 is quoted for single person if staying in the apartment. For 2 people, the rent would be €875.
