Die Wohnung verfügt über eine moderne Küche mit großem Kühlschrank, ein kürzlich renoviertes Tageslicht-Bad mit geräumiger Dusche, ein Schlafzimmer mit einem 140x200 cm großen Bett, einem Kleiderschrank sowie einer großen Komode. Im hellen Wohnzimmer gibt es einen großen Esstisch und gemütliches Sofa.
Die Wohnung befindet sich 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Altona-Bahhof. Über die dort abfahrenden S-Bahnen ist man optimal angebunden und in 7 Minuten auf der Sternschanze oder an der Reeperbahn, ca. 10 Minuten braucht es bis zum Hauptbahnhof.
Geschäfte sind ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar, du brauchst jeweils 5 Minuten bis Lidl, Edeka, Aldi oder Penny. Ein REWE Center ist 10 Minuten entfernt.
Im Preis mit inbegriffen sind Kosten für Wasser, Strom und Highspeed-Internet.

I'm offering my 2-room apartment in Ottensen from early October to mid-December (leaving date is flexible). The apartment has a modern kitchen with a large fridge, a recently renewed bathroom with a big shower and good lightning/air-circulation, a bedroom with a 140x200cm bed and two wardrobes. The bright living room has a wide dinning table and a very comfy sofa.
The apartment is 5min by foot from the Altona station. With the S-Bahn you have a very good connection: Sternschanze/Reeperbahn are 7min away, and the central station is 10min away.
Grocery stores can be easily reached by foot - Lidl, Edeka, Aldi or Penny are just 5min away.
Water, electricity and high speed internet are included in the rent.
