Ich suche einen Untermieter für meine wunderschöne Altbauwohnung in Ottensen.
Die Wohnung hat 46 m2 und einen Balkon + Einbauküche.
Ich bin noch vertraglich bis 30.04.2023 an die Wohnung, gebunden aber ziehe am 26.02. schon aus. Möbel würde ich nach Absprache drin lassen.
Die Miete müsste im voraus für beide Monate gezahlt werden, dafür keine Kaution.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Friedensallee im schönen Ottensen und ist nur 2 Minuten Fußweg von der S Bahrenfeld entfernt. Eine Busstation sowie einen Biomarkt gibt es direkt auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite. Ein Penny ist ca. 7 Min Fußweg weit entfernt.
Das Szeneviertel Altona mit vielen Bars, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist 15 Minuten Fußweg oder eine S-Bahn Station entfernt.
