As I am used to live with people from all over the planet, and I also want to give people a chance who dont speak German, so I post this ad in English.
I will be travelling and rent my half flat room for November.
The flat is 26qm, the bed/living room is 15 square meters. It's located on the first floor and has two windows that lead to a quiet backyard in St. Pauli. It is already furnished with stuff you find at that popular Swedish home accessories store, a small bed, desk, couch, table
The bathroom is smaller than a letter stamp. In addition, it seems like one of the only few mistakes of German engineering. Looking on the bright-side it is really easy to clean due to its size.
The kitchen has a small dinning table and couch for two people and has the essential kitchen utensils.
Wifi of course, but no waschine machine - there are 2 laundromats in the area.
Reeperbahn is just a 3-minute walk away. Sternschanze is pretty close as well (10 minutes)
There are two supermarkets, a bunch of after-hour kiosks, cafés, bars and a bakery that's even open on Sundays almost on the same street.
The closest S-Bahn station is Reeperbahn and the U-Bahn station St.Pauli is also just 5 mins far away.
