Wegen der Auflösung unserer seit 5 Jahren bestehenden WG bieten wir unsere schöne, große, wg-gerechte Wohnung zur Miete ab dem 1.10.12 an.
Perfekter geht die Aufteilung eigentlich nicht, 2x 20 qm, 1x 16 qm, 1x 15 qm, ein kleines (echt nützliches!) `Gästezimmer` mit ca 6 qm, eine große, gemütliche Wohnküche mit 16 qm und ein nettes Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche (9qm)
Es ist ein Mehrfamilienhaus ohne stressige Nachbarn und gut erreichbar gelegen.
Unten im Haus findet man von Kiosk, über Pizza, Geldautomaten und Supermarkt alles, was man so braucht.
Die Wohnung ist hell und der Ausblick weit und schön. Vor Allem keine direkten Gegenüber-Nachbarn!

Bestimmte Dinge, wie zb. auch die komplette Küche, würden wir nach Bedarf und Absprache gegen Abschlag hierlassen!
