The location is very nice: connection to bus/subway walking (5 min), walking shopping (1min to edeka and Budni), 25 min walk to the Alster, 5min walk to the city park and 20 min to the popular and lively mill camp. The Fuhlsbüttler Strasse with many shopping facilities is also nearby. All you need for life :)

The neighborhood is also very friendly and not anonymous.

Die Lage ist sehr schön: Anbindung zu Bus/U-Bahn fußläufig (5 Min), fußläufige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (1Min zu edeka und Budni), 25 Min Fußweg zur Alster, 5Min Fußweg zum Stadtpark und 20 Min zum beliebten und belebten Mühlenkamp. Auch die Fuhlsbüttler Strasse mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befindet sich in der Nähe. Alles was man zum Leben braucht :)

Zudem ist die Nachbarschaft ausgesprochen freundlich und nicht anonym.

Because I love my apartment very much, I hope you're careful about it. Otherwise, it is important for me to have a regulated income and a sense of cleanliness :)
The neighborhood is very nice and there are some children there. Still, it's a very quiet coexistence. Accordingly, the apartment is not suitable for wild party nights.

Da ich meine Wohnung sehr liebe, hoffe ich dass du sorgsam damit umgehst. Ansonsten ist mir wichtig, dass ein geregeltes Einkommen sowie ein Sinn für Sauberkeit hast :)
Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr lieb und es gibt einige Kinder dort. Trotzdem ist es ein sehr ruhiges Miteinander. Dementsprechend eignet sich die Wohnung nicht für wilde Partynächte.
