Bright, quiet 2Zi.-Whg on St. Pauli rental May-Juli unfurnished Helle, ruhige 2-Zi.-Whg auf St. Pauli Zwischenmiete Mai-Juli unmöbliert

Due to my move, my apartment is still available for 2 months (from now until the end of July) to the intermediate rental, kitchen is available and otherwise unfurnished. Perfect location in the middle of St. Pauli and yet super quiet.
It is not longer than 2 months and no takeover of the apartment possible unfortunately (will the owner not). Suitable if someone comes to Hamburg and wants to find in the long term for a temporary stay in the port city or similar...

Facts in very short:
- from now on or 1.6. to 31.7. (2 months)
- Rent: 980€ per month warm (same price as I previously pay) and deposit 1000€. We hold this for both sides in a sub-rental contract.
- Apartment is (several) unfurnished, i.e. you have to bring all furniture yourself

Facts in a little longer:
- Bright 2-room apartment in the southern part of St. Pauli (59qm, 4th floor), very quiet, balcony to the green backyard. Very central and well connected by bus and S-Bahn and ferry.
- Suitable for 1-2 persons, 2 separate rooms, of which a larger one with balcony to the south.
- kitchen included fridge/ stove/oven/dishwasher, bathroom with bathtub, otherwise unfurnished
- Electricity and additional costs do not have to be registered (run over me), only Internet must be organised. No registration address possible.
- In any case, contact person lives in the house.

Aufgrund meines Umzugs ist meine Wohnung noch für 2 Monate (ab sofort bis Ende Juli) zur Zwischenmiete zu vergeben, Küche ist vorhanden und ansonsten unmöbliert. Perfekte Lage mitten auf St. Pauli und dennoch super ruhig.
Es ist keine längere Zeit als 2 Monate und keine Übernahme der Wohnung möglich leider (will der Eigentümer nicht). Geeignet wenn jemand nach Hamburg kommt und in der Zeit was Langfristiges finden will, für einen temporären Aufenthalt in der Hafenstadt oder ähnliches…

Facts in sehr kurz:
- ab sofort bzw. 1.6. bis 31.7. (2 Monate)
- Miete: 980€ pro Monat warm (gleicher Preis wie ich bisher zahle) und Kaution 1000€. Wir halten das für beide Seiten in einem Untermietvertrag fest.
- Wohnung ist (weitestgehend) unmöbliert, d.h. du musst alle Möbel selbst mitbringen

Facts in etwas länger:
- Helle 2-Zimmer-Wohnung im südlichen Teil von St. Pauli (59qm, 4. OG), sehr ruhig, Balkon zum grünen Hinterhof. Sehr zentral und gut angebunden mit Bus und S-Bahn und Fähre.
- Für 1-2 Personen geeignet, 2 getrennte Zimmer, davon ein größeres mit Balkon nach Süden.
- Küche vorhanden inkl. Kühlschrank/Herd/Backofen/Geschirrspüler, Bad mit Badewanne, ansonsten unmöbliert
- Strom und Nebenkosten müssen nicht angemeldet werden (laufen über mich), einzig Internet muss selbst organisiert werden. Keine Meldeadresse möglich.
- Ansprechperson für alle Fälle wohnt im Haus.
