Da mein Mietvertrag noch bis zum 30.09. besteht, ich aber schon im Mai in eine neue Wohnung ziehe, wird zunächst ein Vertrag zur Untermiete abgeschlossen. Nach Ablauf besteht auf Wunsch eine Möglichkeit zur Übernahme des Apartments als Hauptmieter. Weitere Informationen dazu gern auf Nachfrage.

HINWEIS: Bewerber, die den Mietvertrag im Anschluss übernehmen möchten, werden bevorzugt.
