Ich suche einen Nachmieter ab dem 15.02.2018 für meine schöne Wohnung im Agnesviertel.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. OG ohne Aufzug und hat 2,5 Zimmer.
Die Waschmaschine müsste für 320€ übernommen werden.
Für die Erneuerung des Boden, der Fußleisten und der Lichtschalter hätte ich gerne 230€.
Die Küche gehört zur Wohnung und ist in dem Mietpreis enthalten.
Zu der Miete kommt eine jährlich Staffelmiete von 2% der Kaltmiete hinzu.
Die Hausverwaltung verlangt Schufa (request now) -Auskunft und 3 Monate Gehaltsnachweise.
