I rent my 2-room apartment, 64 sqm, in the Pius Park (Vogelsanger Str. / Ecke Piusstr.) from 1.7. or later for 6 months. Also longer. Read the following text. In particular, the points AUSSERDEM, VERTRAGSBEGINN and CONTACT and write a bit to you. I only respond to messages with meaningful content.

LAGE:
There are numerous shops and green areas in the immediate vicinity. The city centre and beautiful neighboring stadiums, such as the Belgian Quarter or Lindenthal, are within walking distance. There is also a wide range of restaurants, pubs, bars and clubs. Lines 3 and 4 are a 5-minute walk away. There are also two stations and motorway connections nearby.

EXTERNAL:
Pets and smokers are not welcome. The same applies to loud music. The house has a bicycle cellar. A separate parking space is unfortunately not available.
The apartment is handed over in a very clean well maintained state. It is important to me that the apartment is properly treated and kept clean during the rental period.

CONTRACT:
The intermediate rental is possible from 1.7.2025 or later and is initially closed for 6 months. An extension is possible if necessary.

Die Wohnung wird in einem sehr guten und gepflegten Zustand übergeben

LAGE:
In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Grünanlagen. Die Innenstadt und schöne Nachbarsstadteile, wie das Belgische Viertel oder Lindenthal sind fußläufig erreichbar. Ebenso gibt es ein großes Gastronomieangebot sowie Kneipen, Bars und Clubs. Die Bahnlinien 3 und 4 sind 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Nah gelegen sind auch zwei Bahnhöfe und Autobahnanschlüsse.

AUSSERDEM:
Haustiere und Raucher sind nicht erwünscht. Das gleiche gilt für lautes Musizieren. Das Haus verfügt über einen Fahrradkeller. Ein separater PKW-Stellplatz steht leider nicht zur Verfügung.
Die Wohnung wird in einem sehr sauberen gepflegten Zustand übergeben. Mir ist es wichtig, dass die Wohnung genauso vom Untermieter während der Mietzeit entsprechend pfleglich behandelt und sauber gehalten wird.

VERTRAGSBEGINN:
Die Zwischenmiete ist ab dem 1.7.2025 möglich oder später und wird zunächst für 6 Monate geschlossen. Eine Verlängerung ist ggf. möglich.
