Ich suche zum 01.09.2015 einen Nachmieter für meine 2-Zimmer Wohnung in Köln Gremberg.
Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und man hat einen eigenen Wohnungseingang. Vom Flur mit großer Abstellkammer geht rechts die Küche, links das Bad und geradeaus das Wohnzimmer mit Balkon ab. Von hier aus kommt man ins Schlafzimmer. Beide Zimmer sind ca. gleich groß. Die Einbauküche inkl. Herd und Kochfeld (ohne Kühlschrank & Waschmaschine) bleibt kostenlos(!!!) eingebaut.
Da mit Gas geheizt wird kommen noch 40€ für Warmwasser und Heizung dazu!

Bus Linie 153, 159
Autobahn A559 & A4
10 Min. bis Köln Kalk (Haltestelle Kalk Post & Trimbornstr. Linien 1&9, S-Bahn S12&13), Köln Deutz (LanxessArena) und FH Deutz.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Lidl, real, netto) in direkter Nähe (5 Min.).
Für Besichtigungstermine meldet euch bei mir (Gerne auch über Whatsapp).
