I rent my lovingly furnished 2-room apartment with Italian flair in the Old Town South (Cologne) to the intermediate rental – from the 14th July until 26 August. During my stay in Italy I am looking for a reliable and quiet individual who wants to enjoy this time in my apartment.

The 50 m2 apartment is quietly located, flooded with light and ideal for a relaxing summer time in Cologne – perhaps with an espresso on the balcony or a good book in the evening light.

Equipment:
🛏 One bedroom with cozy double bed
🛋 A living room that also serves as a second sleeping area (with additional bed)
🛁 Bathroom with bathtub
🍝 Mediterranean style kitchen with everything you need.
🌞 Southern balcony with lots of sun

🎬 Instead of a TV there is a smart projector with Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime – film evenings like in the open-air cinema.

📶 WLAN, washing machine, bed linen, towels – everything is there to make you feel right at home.

⚠️ Important:
I prefer to rent the apartment to an individual.
No parties or noisy celebrations – the house community is calm and thoughtful. Please note the rest periods.

💰 Rent: 1000 € per month

ich vermiete meine liebevoll eingerichtete 2-Zimmer-Wohnung mit italienischem Flair in der Altstadt-Süd (Köln) zur Zwischenmiete – vom 14. Juli bis zum 26. August. Während meines Aufenthalts in Italien suche ich eine zuverlässige und ruhige Einzelperson, die diese Zeit in meiner Wohnung genießen möchte.

Die ca. 50 m² große Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, lichtdurchflutet und ideal für eine entspannte Sommerzeit in Köln – vielleicht mit einem Espresso auf dem Balkon oder einem guten Buch im Abendlicht.

Ausstattung:
🛏 Ein Schlafzimmer mit gemütlichem Doppelbett
🛋 Ein Wohnzimmer, das auch als zweiter Schlafbereich dient (mit zusätzlichem Bett)
🛁 Badezimmer mit Badewanne
🍝 Wohnküche im mediterranen Stil mit allem, was man braucht.
🌞 Südbalkon mit viel Sonne

🎬 Statt eines Fernsehers gibt es einen Smart-Projektor mit Netflix, Disney+ und Amazon Prime – Filmabende wie im Open-Air-Kino.

📶 WLAN, Waschmaschine, Bettwäsche, Handtücher – alles ist da, damit du dich sofort zu Hause fühlst.

Ich vermiete die Wohnung bevorzugt an eine Einzelperson.
Keine Partys oder laute Feiern – die Hausgemeinschaft ist ruhig und rücksichtsvoll. Bitte beachte die Ruhezeiten.
