Die Wohnung hat eine schöne Aufteilung und sucht ein neuen Mieter. Sie hat ein Balkon und Badewanne. Das Haus wird ab September für einige Monate renoviert. Sie liegt sehr zentral am Bahnhof Mülheim.
Küche, Schrank, Nachttische, Boden, Leisten, Lampen sind mit einer Ablöse von 1200 Euro zu zahlen. Darin ist mit inbegriffen das man bei schnellen Vertragsabschluss auch schon früher rein kann. Due Miete wäre bis September gedeckt.
Internet wäre bis Januar noch gratis dazu.
Anforderungen reine Schufa (request now) , die Miete darf nur 40 Prozent des Gehalts aus machen und man muss ein festen Beruf haben.
Bei Interesse gerne eine PM mit Infos zur Person und ob sie alle Anforderungen entsprechen. Mein Vermieter macht da keine Ausnahmen. Ich hatte schon Interessenten aber das passte immer was nicht.
