The flat is on the first floor of an old house with high ceilings, a big bathroom, balcony and a garden. It has one living room, from which you enter the sleeping room with a 1,40 Bed. The flat as well as the kitchen are fully equipped.

Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Lindenthal, sehr zentral unweit des Aachener Weihers und der Uni. Alles was man braucht ist 2 Minuten entfernt: Direktanbindung an die Stadt (Bus), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Café und unterschiedliche Restaurants, sowie der grüne Kanal der sich bis zum Stadtwald zieht, perfekt zum Joggen.

My lovely flat is centrally located on a quiet street just a few blocks from the university, the city centre (shopping), the hip Belgian quarter (restaurants and bars), the club scene (dancing), the aachener weiher and our green lung: a beautiful forrest in the city (for walks and relaxation).
Everything you need is around the corner. Grocery stores are max 2 Mins walk away. It's also a very green 'veedel' (quarter) with direct access to a beautiful canal and the forrest.
Bus 136 (2 Mins) or 146 (7 Mins) brings you directly to the city centre (Neumarkt). The tram line 1 and 7 is a little walk along the canal (7 Mins) away. But you can also easily walk from here into the city or Ehrenfeld or the Belgian quarter.
