Die Wohnung verfügt über 3 Zimmer, sowie eine große Wohnküche mit einem Balkon und ist ca. 71qm2 groß. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, Herd und Backofen. Diese müsste übernommen werden. Der dritte Raum kann ebenfalls als Wohnzimmer genutzt werden. Außerdem gibt es noch einen kleinen Kellerraum, indem man Dinge verstauen kann. In den beiden Wohnungen drüber wohnen zwei nette WGs (Berufstätige).
Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Köln-Lindenthal in der Nähe vom Stadtwald und ist durch die Linie 13 und die Buslinie 136 gut angebunden. Es befinden sich zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe sowie ein paar netter Cafés und Restaurants (Dürener Str.).
Eine positive Schufa (request now) -Auskunft wäre von Vorteil. Haustiere sind leider nicht gestattet. In den Nebenkosten sind die Heizkosten enthalten. Ich bitte um seriöse Anfragen.
