UNTERMIETE ab Juni: zentral gelegene 2-Zimmer Wohnung

Wir, Diego und Sophie, möchten unsere 2-Zimmer Wohnung vorerst für drei Monate untervermieten, ggf. auch bis Ende des Jahres. Es besteht zudem die Perspektive auf Wohungsübernahme als Hauptmieter*in. Zudem überlassen wir die Wohnung teilmöbliert, sodass sie am ehesten für eine alleinstehende Person oder ein Paar, weniger für eine WG geeignet ist. Aktuell ist ein Zimmer als Schlaf- und das andere als Wohn- und Arbeitszimmer eingerichtet.

Die Wohnung ist vor allem für die super zentrale Lage sehr günstig und bietet alles, was man braucht. Es gibt eine Küche mit Spül- und Waschmaschine sowie ausziehbarem Esstisch. Daneben gibt es zwei etwa gleich große Zimmer, einen langen Flur sowie ein süßes Badezimmer. Zudem gibt es die Möglichkeit, das Fahrrad im Hinterhof abzustellen. Im Haus herrscht auch eine nette und ruhige Nachbarschaft.

In direkter Nähe liegt der schöne Rathenauplatz, sehr viele Cafés, Restaurants, Läden und die Uni Köln sind in direkter Nachbarschaft. Die KVB Linien 9, 15, 12, 18 und 16 fahren fußläufig ab. Auch der Südbahnhof ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt.

We, Diego and Sophie, would like to sublet our 2-room apartment for three months, possibly until the end of the year. There is also the prospect of taking over the apartment as the main tenant. In addition, we are offering the apartment partially furnished, so it is most suitable for a single person or a couple rather than a shared flat. One room is currently furnished as a bedroom and the other as a living room and study.

The apartment is affordable, especially for the super central location, and has everything you need. There is a kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, and extendable dining table. Besides that, there are two rooms of about the same size, a long hallway as well as a cute bathroom. Moreover, there is a possibility to park your bike in the backyard. There is also a lovely and calm neighborhood in the house.

In the immediate vicinity is the beautiful Rathenauplatz, many cafes, restaurants, stores and the University of Cologne are also close. The KVB lines 9, 15, 12, 18, and 16 leave within walking distance. The Südbahnhof is also 5 minutes away by foot.
