Beautiful, bright 2-room apartment for rent Schöne, helle 2-Zimmerwohnung zur Zwischenmiete

It is a bright, renovated 2 bedroom apartment in Cologne-Nippes, which I would like to make available to my absence.

In the bedroom there is a comfortable 1.6 0m bed. Through the glass front the sun comes in the morning. Behind it is a green courtyard, so you can sleep with open window.

In the living room is a work area with a desk, a dining table and a couch that can be pulled out to the sofa bed. I have a fiber optic connection, a Sonos sound system and a satellite TV, PlayStation4 and Chromecast. Also in the living room there is a glass front, through which the sun comes in the afternoon.

The apartment is in the 2nd floor with elevator.

In the kitchen there are: induction stove, electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher and everything you need to cook. You can move in with your travel case, it's all there.

Reason for the rental: I am for a professional project in Berlin. I move back to Cologne when the project is completed.

Es handelt sich um eine helle, renovierte 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in Köln-Nippes, die ich meiner Abwesenheit zur Verfügung stellen möchte.

Im Schlafzimmer steht ein bequemes 1,6 0m großes Bett. Durch die Glasfront kommt vormittags die Sonne rein. Dahinter ist ein grüner Innenhof, du kannst also mit offenem Fenster schlafen.

Im Wohnzimmer ist ein Arbeitsbereich mit Schreibtisch, einen Esstisch und eine Couch, die zur Schlafcouch ausgezogen werden kann. Ich habe einen Glasfaser-Anschluss, eine Sonos-Soundanlage und einen Fernseher mit Sat, PlayStation4 und Chromecast. Auch im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine Glasfront, durch die nachmittags die Sonne kommt.

Die Wohnung ist im 2. OG mit Aufzug.

In der Küche gibt es: Induktionsherd, E-Ofen, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und alles, was man zum Kochen braucht. Du kannst mit Reisekoffer einziehen, es ist alles da.

Grund für die Zwischenmiete: Ich bin für ein berufliches Projekt in Berlin. Ich ziehe wieder nach Köln, wenn das Projekt abgeschlossen ist.
