Die Wohnung hat 2 Zimmer und ist 64qm groß. Sie hat einen Balkon und ein frischrenoviertes Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Im Keller hat jeder sein eigenes Abteil, dort stehen auch die Waschmaschinen.
Auf dem Balkon scheint den ganzen Tag die Sonne.
Die Küche ist und bleibt in der Wohnung und kann einfach benutzt werden.
Ich werde ein paar Dinge in der Wohnung lassen (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, großes Holzregal in der Küche, verbaute Regale im Flur)
Direkt vor der Tür ist der Auerbachpatz, wo 2 mal die Woche ein Wochenmarkt ist.
Mit Bewohenrparken findet man meistens gut einen Parkplatz.
In 5 Minuten ist man bei einem Edeka, in 10 Minuten bei Aldi, Rossmann, DM ....
Hier fahren die 9 und 13 in 5 Min. Fußweg und die 18 in 10 Min Fußweg.
Der Beethovenpark ist in 7 Min zu Fuß erreichbar.
Ich suche eine kleinere Wohnung in Sülz, Lindenthal, Klettenberg, Hürth... Alles hier in der Gegend.
Bis 750 Euro warm. 1 - 2 Zimmer. Mit Küche.
Min. 35 qm.
Vorzugsweise mit Balkon.
Hund muss erlaubt sein!
