Nette Hausgemeinschaft und gute Lage, Supermärkte, Parks, Zollstockbad, Linie 12 etc. alles um die Ecke. Die Wohnung liegt zum ruhigen Innenhof hin und ist sehr hell. Es handelt sich um einen Altbau mit Dachschrägen, Wannenbad, Fenster im Bad und Kellerraum. Die Wohnung ist unrenoviert. Übernahme von Regal im Flur und Küche gewünscht - Verhandlungsbasis. Im kleinsten Zimmer ist beim Sturm Wasser eingedrungen. Der Schaden wird von der Hausverwaltung bis zum 14.08. behoben sein.
