Sunny 2 rooms for rent Sonnige 2 Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete

I'm on my way for a summer job and would like to rent my apartment in time. We can flexibly discuss the intake/output data

The sunny 2-room apartment is in itself small and compact, but so super cut that it feels pretty big (I find anyway). The small hallway passes right into the living room and yet it is cozy. From the window you look up a side street and I always feel like a bird that has the complete overview. The bedroom is quite spacious, so that bed, 2 wardrobes and a chest of drawers can find enough space and you still don't feel constricted. A darkening curtain ensures quiet sleep.
Bathroom and kitchen are equipped with everything you need, also with washing and dishwasher. The flowing floor pattern of the kitchen is an eye-catcher every time, as is the small niche with door that serves as a storage rack.
The apartment also houses an e-piano, on which artistically tolerated can be done - thanks to the headphone connection, also very affordable. There are also a few plants that would look forward to a sip of water.

Die sonnige 2-Zimmer-Wohnung ist an sich klein und kompakt, aber so super geschnitten, dass sie sich ziemlich groß anfühlt (finde ich jedenfalls). Der kleine Flur geht gleich ins Wohnzimmer über und trotzdem ist es gemütlich. Aus dem Fenster schaut man direkt eine Nebenstraße hoch und ich fühle mich dann immer wie ein Vogel, der den kompletten Überblick hat. Das Schlafzimmer ist recht geräumig, sodass Bett, 2 Kleiderschränke und eine Kommode genügend Platz finden und man sich trotzdem nicht eingeengt fühlt. Ein Verdunklungsvorhang sorgt für ruhigen Schlaf.
Bad und Küche sind mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, auch mit Wasch- und Spülmaschine. Das fliesenartige Bodenmuster der Küche ist jedes Mal ein Hingucker, genauso wie die kleine Nische mit Tür, die als Vorratsregal dient.
Die Wohnung beherbergt außerdem ein e-Piano, auf dem sich künstlerisch ausgetobt werden darf - Dank des Kopfhöreranschlusses auch ganz nachbarfreundlich. Daneben gibt es noch ein paar Pflanzen, die sich ab und zu über einen Schluck Wasser freuen würden.
