Wir vermieten bis Mai 2020 unsere Wohnung, diese könnte anschließend auch übernommen werden.
Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 550€, die Wohnung ist 65qm groß, hat zwei Zimmer, eine Wohnküche, Badewanne und Balkon und befindet sich im EG. Das 21qm große Zimmer hat Zugang zum Balkon und liegt zum Hof, das andere 15qm und zur Straße, die kaum befahren wird.
Die Küche und eine Waschmaschine sind vorhanden, der Rest müsste eingerichtet werden.
Du läufst 3 Minuten bis zur 7, bis zum Hauptbahnhof sind es damit 15 Minuten.
Unweit ist die Georg-Schwarz-Straße - Bioladen Schwarzwurzel, PizzaLab!, Autodidaktische Initiative, Amico, Antiquariat für Bücher, etc.
Zu Fuß bist du schnell am Lindenauer Markt, auf dem es alle paar Tage einen Frischmarkt gibt, ausserdem DM und Kaufland, und auf der Karl-Heine, auf der du dich mit vielen kulinarischen Leckerbissen -Kartoffelfräulein, Süß&Salzig, veg. HotDogs - begnügen kannst. Außerdem Klamotten - Garderobe Leipzig, Kazimir. Auch kulturell hast du hier alles - Schaubühne Lindenfells, Spinnerei, etliche Galerien auch drumrum.
Schnell durch den Park gefahren, bist du auch schon in der Südvorstadt und Connewitz
