Hallo zusammen,
ich werde im September und Oktober nicht in Leipzig sein und vermiete daher für 2 Monate meine schöne und ruhig gelegene EG-Wohnung mit Balkon in Altlindenau. Zur Wohnung gehören ein Schlafzimmer Richtung Garten, ein Wohnzimmer Richtung Straße sowie Küche, Flur, Bad und Balkon. Fahrräder können im abgeschlossenen Hinterhof abgestellt werden. Derzeit wohne ich noch mit zwei Katzen, die aber woanders untergebracht sein werden. Falls ihr allergisch auf Katzenhaare seid, ist meine Wohnung wahrscheinlich nicht das Richtige für euch.

I won't be in Leipzig in September and October and therefore am subletting my lovely and quiet ground floor flat with balcony in Altlindenau for 2 months. The apartment has a bedroom towards the garden, a living room towards the street, as well as a kitchen, bathroom and hallway. Bikes can be placed in the locked backyard. I'm currently living with two lovely furry cats that will be somewhere else whilst you're here. However, if you're allergic to cat hair, my apartment probably is not the right one for you.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral im Altlindenauer Kiez, ist aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Die Georg-Schwarz-Straße ist nicht weit entfernt, und ihr habt diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke - Lidl, 4 Spätis, Bioladen, Kaufland, dm, Im Angebot und vieles mehr. Der öffentliche Nahverkehr ist direkt um die Ecke (Georg-Schwarz/Merseburger Straße (Tram 7), Henriettenstraße (Tram 15), Bus Richtung Merseburg). Der Henriettenpark und die Friesengärten mit Waldstück sind ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar.
Ich bin Mitglied im Bioladen "Schwarzwurzel" um die Ecke, und falls Interesse besteht, könnt ihr meine Mitgliedschaft für die 2 Monate nutzen, d.h. dass ihr dort zum Einkaufspreis eure Erledigungen machen könnt. Die Kosten für die Mitgliedschaft betragen 21€ pro Monat.

The flat is located centrally in Altlindenau, but still in a quiet environment. Georg-Schwarz-Street is not far away, and there are pleny of grocery shopping opportunities - Lidl, 4 "Spätis", eco store, Kaufland, dm, Im Angebot und many more. Public transport is just around the corner (Georg-Schwarz/Merseburger Straße (Tram 7), Henriettenstraße (Tram 15), Bus towards Merseburg). Henriettenpark and Friesengärten with forest access are in walkable distance.
I'm member of the wholefood store "Schwarzwurzel" just around the corner, and if you're interested you can use my membership card for those two months, which means that you can buy ecological products for the wholesale price there. The costs for the membership card are 21€ per month.
