Aus beruflichen Gründen müssen wir unsere schöne Wohnung leider verlassen. Die 60 m² große Wohnung wurde von uns als WG genutzt und eignet sich dafür sehr gut. Alle Zimmer sind sehr hell und an die Küche schließt sich ein großzügiger Balkon mit Blick in den Garten an. Zu der Wohnung gehören ein Keller und ein kleiner Abstellraum auf halber Treppe. Alle Wohnräume (inkl. Küche+Flur) sind mit hellem Laminat ausgelegt. Im Bad (leider innenliegend) gibt es eine riesengroße Eckbadewanne. Im Haus wohnen ausschließlich junge Leute.
Unsere Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Connewitz, das heißt, man hat alles, was man braucht direkt vor der Haustür (Straba-Haltestelle, Bäcker, Späti, Schlecker, div. Imbissangebote usw. = 1 min). Zur HTWK sind es zu Fuß 10 min. Da sich die Wohnung in einer Seitenstraße befindet ist es, trotz bester Lage sehr ruhig.
