Leipzig - Amsterdam House Swap oder Zwischenmieter gesucht

Ihr sucht eine möblierte Wohnung in Leipzig? Dann kommt gern vorbei und schaut euch mein Zuhause an - vielleicht wird es dann auch ganz schnell und einfach euer Zuhause auf Zeit. Ich gehe in der Ziwschenzeit nach Amsterdam und würde mich freuen, wenn ihr euch hier wohlfühlt. Ich möchte die Wohnung mindestens für 3 Monate vermieten und vorerst maximal für 6 ---> nach Absprache aber auch länger. Bist du aus Amsterdam? Super - dann lass uns die Wohnungen tauschen!

Die Wohnung hat 2 gleichgroße Zimmer vorn raus (sehr ruhige Seitenstraße), ein innenliegendes Bad mit Wanne (eher praktikabel), eine mega große Wohnküche (so 30qm) und eine richtig schöööööne Terrasse (16qm). Wenn ihr einen grünen Daumen habt - umso besser (richtig viele Pflanzen, drinnen und draußen)! Die Wohnung ist geeignet für Singles, Pärchen und auch kleine Familien. Ruft mich gern jederzeit an und kommt vorbei zum Kennenlernen und Besichtigen.

I'll rent out my cozy home from 3 up to 6 months (extension possible).In the meantime I move to Amsterdam. Are you from Amsterdam? Even better if we could swap houses! I would be very happy if you really make yourself a home here, chill on the massive couch, prepare yourself a proper meal or hang out at the beautiful terrace.

The appartement has 2 identic rooms to the front (at the moment one bed room and one livingroom/work space - can be two bedrooms), a small bathroom with a bathtub, a lovely big kitchen and a sweet terrace (highlight!). Come around and check it out! The appartement suits singles, couples and small families.
