Die Wohnung ist im 1. OG, hat 2 Zimmer, einen Flug, ein großes helles Wohnzimmer, eine kleine Küche mit Balkon. Das Bad ist ohne Fenster, aber sehr schön mit Badewanne.
Die Zimmer sind jeweils ca. 15qm und sehr hell. Es gibt große Fenster und ansonsten sind die Zimmer gerade geschnitten und klassisch weiß gestrichen mit Laminatboden.
Im Keller hat man genug Platz, um Sachen und das Fahrrad abzustellen.
The flat has two rooms, a corridor, a huge bright living room and a small kitchen with balcony. The two rooms are 15sqm and very bright. They have big windows and the straight-cut walls are painted white. The rooms have a lamited floor. In the cellar is enough place to storrage things and bicycles.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Gohlis-Mitte, 5 Minuten bis zum S-Bahnhof und der Straßenbahnhaltestelle entfernt. Um die Ecke gibt es einen Bäcker, Konsum, ca. 10 Min. zu Fuß ist ein Penny und Rewe zu erreichen. In die Innenstadt braucht man mit dem Fahrrad (15Min.) und Bahn nicht lange. Der Zoo ist 20 Minuten entfernt. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden, wenn auch manchmal etwas schwierig ;).
The flat is located in the beautiful Gohlis-Mitte, five minutes by food away from the S-Bahnhof and the tram stopp. Around the corner you can find a bakery, Leipzig Konsum and 20 minutes away a Penny and Rewe. To the city center you need just 15 minutes by bicycle and also with the tram you don´t need a long time. It is possible to park the car in front of the house but sometimes it is a litte hard.
Wir haben bisher als WG in dieser Wohnung gewohnt, sie eignet sich aber auch super für ein Paar. Wir suchen Nachmieter ab dem 01.02.2017. Einige Möbelstücke können übernommen werden, wenn gewünscht.

The flat is perfect for a living community or a couple. We search for people who want to move inside on 1st February or 15th February 2017. Some furniture can be taken, we can talk about that if you are interested.
