I will leave Germany soon so I want to find a new teneat for my apartment from September.
It's a beautiful 2 room apartment with a bathroom and a furnished kitchen by the owner (including stainless steel sink, fridge, stove, range hood and dishwasher). There is also a basement for storing a lot of things.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor and is quiet and bright.
Both rooms, kitchen and bathroom (with bath tub) have large insulating windows and central heating.

Ich werde Deutschland bald verlassen und möchte ab September eine neue Wohnung für meine Wohnung finden.
Es handelt sich um eine schöne 2 Zimmerwohnung mit Bad und einer vom Eigentümer eingerichteten Küche (inkl. Edelstahlspüle, Kühlschrank, Herd, Dunstabzugshaube und Spülmaschine). Es gibt auch einen Keller, um viele Dinge zu lagern.
Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock und ist ruhig und hell.
Beide Zimmer, Küche und Bad (mit Badewanne) verfügen über große Isolierfenster und Zentralheizung.
The house is on Cunnersdorfer str., a quiet side street with two tram stops in the immediate vicinity (approx. 100 m away, direct connection to the main station and the university).
Close to the city, approx. 3 km to City & Uni, best tram connection line 7, 8.
The S-Bahn station Leipzig-Sellerhausen can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The journey time to Leipzig Central Station is 4 minutes.

Das Haus liegt in der Cunnersdorfer Str., einer ruhigen Seitenstraße mit zwei Straßenbahnhaltestellen in unmittelbarer Nähe (ca. 100 m entfernt, direkte Anbindung zum Hauptbahnhof und zur Universität).
Stadtnah, ca. 3 km zur City & Uni, beste Tramverbindung Linie 7, 8.
Der S-Bahnhof Leipzig-Sellerhausen ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen.
Die Fahrzeit zum Leipziger Hauptbahnhof beträgt 4 Minuten.
Since I want to get rid of the apartment quickly and easily, I hope the new tenant would take over all the funitures for only 500 euro(lights, mirror in bathroom, kitchen table, chairs, a new bed, a new washing machine, a sofa bed, 2 single sofa, some shelfs). It is possible to rent the apartment without furniture. I can also give you some kitchen utensils that we can then easily discuss in person.

Da ich die Wohnung schnell und einfach loswerden möchte, hoffe ich, dass der neue Mieter für nur 500 Euro die gesamte Einrichtung übernimmt (Licht, Spiegel im Bad, Küchentisch, Stühle, ein neues Bett, eine neue Waschmaschine, a Schlafsofa, 2 Einzelsofa, einige Regale). Es ist möglich, die Wohnung ohne Möbel zu mieten. Ich kann Ihnen auch einige Küchenutensilien mitgeben, die wir dann ganz einfach persönlich besprechen können
