Wir wohnen hier zu zweit mit unserem Hund in einer Mehrfamilienhaussiedlung in Lößnig. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und mit diversen Alltagsgegenständen (Kaffeemaschiene, Geschirr...) ausgestattet. Von der Küche aus hat man Zugang zu einem Balkon mit Sitzmöglichkeiten bzw. Hängematte. Das Bad ist mit einer Wanne und Duschmöglichkeit ausgestattet. I
Lößnig liegt zwar außerhalb der Stadtmitte, grenzt aber gleich an das alternative Viertel Connewitz. Es sind verschiedene Verkehrsanbindungen verfügbar: Straßenbahn 9 und 11 (10 min.), Straßenbahn 10 und 16 (7 min.), Bus 79 (1 min.) und S-Bahnhof-Comnewitz (7 min.).
Nahe der Wohnung ist ein kleiner Konsum und Bäcker (5 min.). REWE am Stern und Penny sowie weitere Shoppingmoglichkeiten im Moritzhof liegen jeweils etwa 10 Gehminuten entfernt.
Die Kosten setzen sich aus Strom (eprimo) Internet und Festnetz (02) und den GEZ-Gebühren zusammen.
