die Wohung ist voll möbliert und alles Wichtige wie Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank sind vorhanden. Einige wenige Dinge die uns sehr am, Herzen liegen und wichtig sind werden wir aus der Wohnung raus nehmen aber der Großteil bleibt drin. Da unsere Vermieterin am liebsten entweder ein Pärchen oder aber eine Einzelperson hätte und die beiden Zimmer was die Größe angeht auch sehr verschieden sind, ist die Wohnung nicht unbedingt für eine Wg geeignet. Zur Not würde es schon gehen. Müsstet ihr selbst schauen. Es gibt auch einen Keller in dem allerdings das meiste von unserem Zeug steht, daher ist nicht wirklich viel Platz falls Ihr noch Sachen habt aber da finden wir schon eine Lösung.
Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer, eine Küche und ein Bad. Das kleine Zimmer geht nach hinten zum Hinterhof raus und in diesem befindet sich das 1,60mx 2,00m Bett und ein Kleiderschrank. Ansonsten ist der Raum leer. Das größere Zimmer, von uns als Wohnzimmer genutzt, geht nach vorn zur Straße raus und ist daher etwas lauter. Jedoch kann man auch da gut schlafen und es ist auch dort ein Bett vorhanden. Küche und Badezimmer sind nicht groß aber es ist alles Drin was man braucht und es ist funktional. Da wir noch nicht genau entschieden haben wie lange wir unterwegs sind, kann es sein dass die WOhnung auch noch etwas länger frei ist aber das würden wir dann mal schauen.

in der Miete sind alle Kosten wie Strom, Wasser, Internet, GEZ und Heizung bereits enthalten

as we are going on a trip during the summer we sublet our cozy and tiny appartment. The flat will be fully furnished except some special things we´d like to take out for this long time. The cupboards for your clothes will be empty and most of the shelfs too, so that you have enough space for your personal stuff and needs in the kitchen, bed room and bath. Dishes and all cooking materials will stay there, also cleaning materials and so on. We also have a cellar where the most of our stuff is stored, so there won´t be much space for your stuff, but i guess we´ll find some space if needed.

The flat has two rooms, a big one in direction to the street where a couch and a couch bed are and a small one heading the backyard with a big bed(1,60x2,00m) and a cupboard. The kitchen and the bathroom aren´t so big, but comfortable and functional and all stuff for your needs is there if wanted. As we haven´t decided how long exactly we will be away this summer, the period of subleting is flexible and starts end of march and will end latest in the beginning of octobre. I am sure we will figure out smth., that fits for both sides. All other things we can talk about if you come along and have a look. the rent includes energy, water, heating, GEZ, taxes and internet, so all inclusive.

As our landlord prefers just one person to move in or at least a couple, we´d like to follow her demand, So please no commercial livings, no short terms or workers home.
