Hallo,
Mein Mitbewohner Moritz und Ich (Sascha) wollen im April umziehen und unsere WG gerne an neue Leute
weiter geben.
Die Wohnung ist ein einwandfreiem Zustand und hat 2 gleichgroße 18qm-Zimmer zu bieten. Es gibt ein großes Bad, wie sowohl eine mega Wohnküche welche schon oft zum Zusammensein genutzt wurde. Ich hoffe es finden sich Leute, welche diese Tradition fortsetzen können.
Die Wohnung liegt im Next-Level-Stadtteil Reudnitz Thonberg und liegt perfekt eingeschlossen zwischen allem was man so erreichen muss. Folglich braucht ihr zu folgenden Hotspots nur 5 minuten:
- Kaufland bzw. Penny
- Lene Voigt Park
- Haltestelle
- Uni (Okay mit dem Fahrrad :)
Der Club-Anschluss liegt mit 30 Minuten zum IFZ und zur Distillery im oberen Durchschnitt. Das Atari ist jedoch sofort um die Ecke.
Der Termin zum Einzug kann unter Umständen auch noch nach vorne verlegt werden!
Wie bereits erwähnt wird die Wohnung aufgelöst. Hier habt also folgende Möglichkeiten einzuziehen.
1. Meldet euch zu zweit und zieht mit einem Freund/in ein
2. Meldet euch allein und wir vermitteln euch noch einen zweiten Mitbewohner/in mit besten bestreben
