Wir vermieten unsere Wohnung zur Untermiete.
Es ist eine schöne, helle und ruhige Wohnung, naturnah im beliebten Schleußig.
Die Zimmer sind je 18 qm groß, haben große Betten, Kommode, Regale, Schreibtische, Sitzecke am
Boden.
Eine geräumige Küche mit großem Balkon der ins Grüne blickt und ein Bad zum Tanzen so groß gehören auch dazu, natürlich mit Waschmaschine. Außerdem kannst du das W-Lan nutzen.

Schleußig gehört zu den beliebtesten Stadtteilen Leipzigs, da es einerseits sehr ruhig, grün und großzügig ist und dennoch mitten im Geschehen liegt. Hier gibt es einfach alles an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Karl-Heine-Straße mit ihren Bars, Restaurants etc. ist ganz in der Nähe. Vor allem aber ist Schleußig so begehrt, weil du von hier in 5 Gehminuten im großen Clara-Zetkin-Park bist und in nur 20min mit dem Rad am Cospudener See.
Tram direkt um die Ecke. Damit bist du in 10 min in der Innenstadt (Hauptbahnhof).
Es ist eine nette Hausgemeinschaft und ruhige, hilfsbereite, freundliche Nachbarn.
