Die Wohnung liegt im sehr entspannten Stadtteil Schleußig und ist für Singles, Paare und WG's geeignet. Die Wohnung liegt in der 3. Etage und ist schön hell und ruhig. Der dazugehörige Balkon bietet Platz für ca. 4 Personen. Von der Waschmaschine über Geschirrspüler, bequemen Sofa und Klavier ist alles da was man zum angenehmen wohnen braucht.
Tram und Bus sind nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt und bieten eine sehr gute Anbindung zur Innenstadt und umliegenden Stadtteilen. Ebenfalls nur höchsten 5 Minuten entfernt ist nahegelegene Park. Es gibt fußläufig die bekannten Supermärkte, Bioläden, Bäcker und Banken.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, so dass auch problemlos mit offenen Fenster geschlafen werden kann.
Die Hausgemeinschaft besteht überwiegend aus jungen Familien und Alteingesessenen. Daher ist die Wohnung eher nicht für zu laute Mieter geeignet.
