We are looking for somebody to rent our furnished apartment (without balcony, but with a nice, calm backyard). We are subletting the kitchen, the bathroom, the bedroom and the living room. In the living room, there is (among other things) a table to study. Internet connection, dishwasher, freezer, fridge, and much more included. The apartment is completely equipped (also bed sheets, towels, etc.). It is in another building behind the building directly at the street, so it is quiet.
Wir suchen Untermieter für unsere möblierte Wohnung (ohne Balkon, dafür mit einem schönen, ruhigen Hinterhof). Wir vermieten die Küche, das Bad, das Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es (unter anderem ;-) einen Tisch zum Arbeiten. Internetverbindung, Spülmaschine, Gefrierschrank, Kühlschrank u.v.m. inbegriffen. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet (inkl. Bettbezüge, Handtücher, etc.). Die Wohnung ist im Hinterhaus, sodass es ruhig ist.
Die Wohnung liegt super, im Hinterhaus (daher ruhig) in der Kurt-Eisner-Straße direkt bei der Kreuzung mit der Karl-Liebknecht-Straße (3 Minuten zu den Straßenbahnen 10 und 11 und den Bussen 60 und 74). Um die Ecke sind eine Menge Bars, Kneipen und gute Stimmung. Der Park ist 7 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad, ein Supermarkt ist auch ca. so weit weg.
close to a big street (Karl-Liebknecht-Straße) with a lot of bars. It's three minutes to a tram station (10 mins to the town center) and to a bus station, so you can get everywhere very easily. The park and the supermarket are 7 minutes (bike) from the place.
