Hey :) Meine Mitbewohnerin und ich suchen eine/-n Nachmieter/-in für unsere schöne 2 Zimmerwohnung auf der Karli. Die Wohnung ist 48 m2 groß und besitzt eine Einbauküche. Badewanne ist auch dabei. Die Waschmaschine ist 2 Jahre alt und könnte gern für ein bisschen Geld übernommen werden. Wegen der Miete meinte die Hausverwaltung dass die erhöht wird, wir wissen aber noch nicht von wie viel.
Ansonsten fährt die Straßenbahn direkt vor der Tür, was wirklich super praktisch ist ;) Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars und Restaurants gibt es auch in der Nähe. Falls du interessiert bist, komm einfach vorbei :) Besichtigungen sind ab den 23.07 möglich!
