Die Zimmer sind jeweils ca. 15m2 groß und quadratisch geschnitten. Der Flur ist ca. 7 m2 groß und die Küche etwa 12.5 m2. Außerdem gibt es noch eine Abstellkammer eine Etage höher
Bei einer Wohnungsübernahme beträgt die gesamte monatliche Warmmiete 350€ und es fallen 450€ Kaution an (Strom + Internet&Telefon würden dann ja neu aufgesetzt werden).
Die Lage ist optimal. innerhalb von 10 Minuten gelangt man via Bahn ins Zentrum. Die Eisenbahstraße ist ne einzige Fress/ und A&V-Meile. Dafür ist also auch gesorgt und um die Ecke befindet sich das Rabet, wo man im Sommer ganz gut entspannen und die Sonne genießen kann. Post samt Postbank sind unweit der Wohnung zu erreichen.
