Sie ist 76 Quadratmeter groß, hell, geräumig und voll möbiliert. Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete, neue Küche mit Spülmaschine, ein Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine, ein großes und kühles Schlafzimmer und einen großen offenen Wohnbereich. Der Südbalkon liegt von üppig, grünen Bäumen getrennt in Richtung eines ruhigen Parks. Mit seiner großen Couchgarnitur und der vielen frischen Minze, die dort wächst ist er eine ideale Wohnzimmererweiterung.
Insgesamt ist die Wohnung reichlich begrünt -- gelegentliches Gießen ist daher Teil der Mieterfahrung. :)
Die Wohnung ist auch für Paare ideal.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße in der Nähe der Eisenbahnstraße, wo sich allerhand Läden und Aktivitäten findne lassen. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Einertstraße ist zwei Gehminuten entfernt. Von dort aus ist man in fünf Minuten im Zentrum.
